FAQ
Who qualifies to reserve a meal?
We serve everyone. Anyone can reserve a meal. We have no criteria, no application, no income limits. Meals are available to anyone in need in the areas we serve.
What is included in the meal?
Each meal includes:

An entrée
-
A fruit, veggie or salad

A homemade dessert (cookies or bars)
Our entrées are often casseroles or pasta dishes. Some favorites include tator tot casserole, meatloaf, spaghetti, chicken bacon ranch casserole, and chicken noodle casserole. View our full menu above.
When and where is meal pick-up?
Our pick-up time is from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

On Tuesdays, pick-up is in Janesville at Faith Community Church: 2931 Lucerne Dr, Janesville, WI 53545.

On Thursdays, pick-up is in Fort Atkinson at First United Methodist Church: 320 S Main St, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538.

We are in the process of adding a Mobile Ministry in 2026.
How many meals can I reserve? Can I get more than one?
Yes, you can reserve more than one meal when you reserve your meal in advance.

If you show up to pick-up without a reservation for the quantity you need, we can not guarantee availability, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I get my meal at a different time or place than your pick-up?
No. We do not have meals available before or after the pick-up time of 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays in Janesville or Thursdays in Fort Atkinson. Meals can not be picked up on different days of the week.
Will you deliver my meal?
No. We do not offer delivery at this time.
Do you offer transportation to meal pick-up?
Fort Atkinson: Yes, transportation assistance is available in Fort Atkinson. Call Brown Cab at 920-563-6303 to arrange for a free ride from your home to meal pick-up and home again.
Janesville: No transportation assistance is available in Janesville at this time. ​
Can you store a meal for me to pick up?
No. We do not have a way to store meals for later pick up.
Can I create an ongoing meal reservation to automatically have a meal every week?
You can not have a meal automatically reserved for every week, but meals can be reserved on our website for several weeks in advance at a time. Use our meal calendar to reserve your meals in advance.
